Raffles, Silent Auction, Church Tours, and Kids’ games will be happening all day!

BOOSTER CLUB

As Oktoberfest is our largest fundraiser of the year, offsetting expenses becomes critical. Please consider becoming a booster. Cash or equivalent merchandise for raffle/auction items are extremely appreciated. Donor levels are as follows:

OktoberFreund - $50 - $99

Guter Freund - $100-$249

Bester Freund - $250 - $499

“Okt” du lieber!!! - $500+

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS

Please consider assisting with procuring silent auction donations or providing a donation yourself. Any new items are appreciated. Popular items include: restaurant or merchandise gift cards, bottles of wine, sports event tickets and memorabilia. Don’t forget household items such as a waffle maker or air fryer. Tools are always a hit. Items may be dropped off at the parish office between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday-Friday, given to an usher at any weekend Mass or we can arrange to have them picked up. PADDLE RAFFLES ITEMS NEEDED

Throughout the day, we will be doing paddle raffles in the tent. We are in need of 2lb Klement sausages, six packs of beer or hard seltzer.
