Dear Community, Thank you for pulling together in the second collection for the St. Augustine Hall Kitchen.  The results were incredible: contributions among the three parishes added up to $6,674, which will be matched by a generous donor to combine for a total contribution of $13,348.  Thanks to you, the people of God, for your generosity.  Looking forward to St. Augie's Fish Fries and Oktoberfest this year!   We'll keep you posted on when everything is finished and when the Fish Fries will start up again!!! ...

Holy Week 2023

Come enter into the holiest week of the year! During the Triduum(Holy Thursday through Easter Sunday), we walk with Christ through his last days as we wait in hope for the Resurrection. At Holy Thursday Mass, we see the last actions of Jesus reenacted by our priest with the washing of feet and hear with new ears the words "This is my body...this is my blood" and receive Christ in the Eucharist before He is taken from the tabernacle, just as He was taken from the disciples in the garden. On Good Friday, we remember the death of Jesus on the cross and give thanks for His sacrifice that opened the gates of heaven to us. On Holy Saturday there is no Mass until the Easter Vigil, where we walk through God's whole plan for salvation, starting with creation and moving through the different prophets and covenants that were made, and ending with Jesus, who is the fulfillment of everything...
